FIND OF THE DAY (which was actually yesterday, but details!): the word PES exists!!
from wordreference:
pes:
the foot of a human being

but, maybe.. they were looking for katakana words starting with P? I can't remember (good excuse to go watch that ep again! XD)

Pi-chan ni onegai.. )

Some images I saw yesterday from Popolo 2008.07 (thanx to [info]trishatorga)
so random )

And because [info]zsuness is so awesome.. Nino.. majide! )

OK, let's see.. is there any serious news going on these days?
anything interesting? )

My hype for this post just totally went down ^_^;;
Anyho... CM anyone?only in Japan? )

I'm surely forgetting something.. I know there was something I wanted to write about. hmmm.

Thanks to [info]watchful21 the truth behind all those Johnny's acronyms, etc. has been revealed (at least to me XD).
The BIG CONTAINER is Johnny's & Associates (aka Johnny's Jimusho). JE (Johnny's Entertainment) is ONLY a RECORD LABEL signed under JA/JJ. I've always referred to the whole thing as JE, but that is obviously wrong. JE is similar to J-Storm in concept. So, the official site for all Johnny's related stuff is johnny's net. [info]watchful21 will post further details and a better explanation soon (in her next NEWS/Yamapi update post).

Yamada Yu - Holla! (kanji romaji English-translation)
OK I lied !! XD I wanted to get this out of the way. It didn't take much to do this anyway, you'll realize right away why that is ^_^;
I changed my style this time; you've got the English translation right away ('cause that's the main reason for this post). Beneath it you'll find kanji & romaji in alteration.

note: holla = A colloquial phrase, slang form of "holler", used as a greeting, can also refer to talking, or flirting. [source: Wikipedia]

[lyrics + tv] Utada Hikaru - boku wa kuma + talk on Doumoto Kyoudai
After listening to "Last Friends" theme song "Prisoner of Love", I was wondering what the rest of the album (HEART STATION - released 2008.03.19) sounded like, so I put it in winamp yesterday while working. Didn't pay much attention to it, until... a song about kuma came up!!! There is just no way a song like that can pass by unnoticed XD
So, even though it's quite a simple song, both to listen to and translate, I found it quite amusing so... (^^)

Note: divshare sometimes takes a long time to load media, so please be patient. It usually works fine with both FF and IE, but if your FF doesn't seem to load, you can try another browser, or click on the media links I will provide for easier access. sorry for the trouble (^^;)

SHOWTA. - negaiboshi
You thought I forgot about this didn't you !?! ^^ *points at a certain person*

No revealing of hidden projects, but.. I looked quite a bit for a translation of this song. All I could find was kana and romanization. I tried translating it myself, but I don't trust my limited Japanese knowledge enough so much as to post up my own translation (;^_^A

I'm only putting up the song, with its kana and romanization for now. Translation will follow later ^^
EDIT: [info]solitair san kindly agreed to translate this song. You can find the translation here. (thank you [info]solitair).
